Last weekend Avery and I flew to Phoenix to celebrate the life of one of my NMSU teammates Andrea Theis, who passed away on April 3rd after battling cancer. We celebrated her life and the amazing person she was, however, it was a sad event because she was so young and such a special person that will be greatly missed. Consequently the event ended up being a softball reunion and it was wonderful to see many of my teammates. This is my beautiful buddy Lynn who couldn't get enough of Avery. Saturday night she and her husband Jason had Avery, my dad, and I over for a wonderful dinner. We had a great time catching up!
